Seth Agar
Tattoo Artist
Seth is a skilled artist who has been tattooing since 1997. He started out as a versatile artist, mastering various styles of tattooing. However, in recent years, he has focused on Japanese inspired, heavy blackwork, and geometric designs. When he's not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and doing firearms training.
Clint Thomsen
Tattoo Artist
Clint has been honing his tattooing skills since 2012, drawing inspiration from the neo traditional and traditional tattoo artwork of the 80s and 90s. His tattooing style is characterized by bold linework, generous use of black, and bright colors. In his free time, Clint enjoys tinkering with motorcycles and old cars, and has a fascination with collecting human teeth and skulls.
Ren Bayles

Ren's passion for tattooing stems from her love for the medium and its rich history. With a lifelong interest in art and drawing, she specializes in illustrative color and black and grey realism. Since starting her tattooing journey in 2023, Ren has honed her skills and continues to create stunning pieces of body art.
Ali Bethers
Tattoo Artist
Ali is a talented tattoo artist who turned her high school dream into reality in 2021. Art has always been her passion and outlet, and she loves that it can also be a source of joy for her clients. Ali specializes in Ornamental, Blackwork/Geometric, and Illustrative styles, and is equally skilled in both black and grey and color tattoos. When she's not creating stunning body art, Ali enjoys reading, playing video games, and exploring different forms of art.
Jake Harmon
Tattoo Artist
Jake has been tattooing since 2021 and specializes in black and grey photorealism and bold blackwork. He enjoys creating custom pieces while building lasting connections with every client who sits in his chair. Outside the studio, Jake is a reptile enthusiast who shares his home with multiple snakes and tarantulas.
Tayler Beetison
Tattoo Artist
Originally from Lincoln, Nebraska, Tayler has been tattooing since 2022. She specializes in black and grey illustrative work, ornamental, and mandala designs, Neo traditional, and anime inspired tattoos. When she's not tattooing, you'll usually find her playing D&D, painting miniatures, or adding to her ever-growing dice collection.
Cassidy Crowley
Body Piercer
Cassidy, a native of Omaha, has been piercing since 2019. She started her career in the industry as a part time job while teaching preschool. However, she quickly realized her passion for providing exceptional customer service experiences and decided to pursue piercing full-time. Cassidy is committed to ensuring that every client feels valued and unique.
Richie Stearns

Richie came to us in the spring of '25. He's been working in shops for a number of years and is now adding his skillset and talents to Ironwood Ink. We're excited to see his progress in this industry.
Amber Smith

Amber joined our team in early 2024, having come all the way from California. Since then, she has proven to be an essential member, with her contributions being highly valued and making an indispensable asset to our organization.
Promise Raumaker

Promise is an Omaha native with a love for art, creativity, and all things unique. When not in the studio, you'll usually find her drawing, hunting for hidden gems at thrift stores, or exploring antique shops. As pert of the Ironwood team, Promise is excited to continue learning about the industry and helping create a welcoming, positive experience for every client who walks through our doors.
