FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE FOR A PIERCING OR TATTOO?

For all standard piercings apart from ear lobes, our age requirement is 16 and up with a parent/guardian, or 18 and up by yourself. If you are 16-17, you and your parent/guardian will both need to have valid, not expired, state issued ID's with the same address on them; as well as the minor's birth certificate. If you are 18 and up, you will just need a valid and not expired state issued ID with you. Any kind of genital/nipple/dermal/tongue piercings are 18+ with no exceptions

Tattoos are strictly 16-17 with a parent/guardians consent. Both must have valid, not expired, state issued ID's with the same address on them; as well as the minor's birth certificate. To sign for yourself it will be 18+ with a valid state issued ID

Birth certificate of a minor is required by law. All names must match from the state issued identification to what is on the birth certificate. If there has been a change, the legal documentation verifying where change occurred is required as well. Documents such as: adoption records, guardian records (marriage certificate), or court documents (divorce decree) will be copied in addition to abide by this law.

MY CHILD WOULD LIKE TO GET THEIR EARS PIERCED, DO YOU DO THIS?

We offer children's ear piercings at 7 years old and up. The documentation we require is the child's birth certificate along with the parents valid state issued ID. The name of the parent on the birth certificate needs to match the name on the parent's ID. If the last name has changed due to marriage/divorce, we will need a copy of that document as well showing the legal name change. These requirements are in place to keep things as safe, professional and responsible as we can for such an important first piercing. Children's lobe piercings start out at $100 for a pair which includes our basic implant grade titanium threadless jewelry and at that starting price point the child can choose any colored CZ or opal ends for their jewelry. Fancier options and 14kt gold jewelry will be available and pricing will go up from there depending on the jewelry selected

DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT FOR A PIERCING?

All of our piercings, jewelry changes and check ups are done on a walk-in basis, Tuesday - Saturday from open to close. We are able to set up appointments for children's lobe piercings if you would like that time set aside for you. Setting up an appointment would require a $40 non-refundable deposit which will apply towards the cost of the piercings

I HAVE A TATTOO IDEA AND WANT TO FIND OUT A PRICE QUOTE AND SET UP AN APPOINTMENT, WHAT DO I DO?

We accept walk-in consultations anytime we are open to determine price quotes and get you more information on availability for your idea. Keep in mind when you come in we will need to see some kind of rough idea/sketch of what you are wanting, along with additional info on where you are wanting it placed and a rough size estimate to accurately get you pricing information. Once we know how long of an appointment we will need to schedule, we can give you an idea of what is available and how to set that up

DO I NEED TO PUT DOWN A DEPOSIT FOR AN APPOINTMENT? HOW MUCH WILL THAT BE?

Yes, if you are scheduling a future appointment for a tattoo, you will be asked to put down a deposit to secure that time for you. Deposits will range from $60-$150-$250 depending on the length of appointment you will need. These deposits are always non-refundable but will hold your time in our schedule and will apply towards the cost of your tattoo when it is finished

DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-IN TATTOOS?

Yes we do! We do not have set times for only walk-in tattoos, but we are happy to take on any walk-ins when we have the open time available. You can give us a call anytime to check in on our availability, and if we are able to accept any walk-ins on the day that you are hoping for

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE?

To temporarily cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will just need a minimum of 48-hours notice from you. As long as you are within 48 hours or more, your deposit will still remain good and we will simply move your appointment to a day and time that will work better for you. If we do not receive 48-hours notice or you do not contact us and do not show up to your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited to your artist for the time they had set aside for you
